BTK Speaks

Watching this was disturbing, watching it again now is equally as bothersome. Even for a student of the criminal mind, this is one freaky dude.

Such a matter-of-fact way he described his crimes, I couldn't tell if it was arousing him to relive it all with an audience but I'm sure it did.

I hope they get some time in to study his mind before he gets a taste of prison justice a la Dahmer, I would love to be the one to get into his head. The days of Douglas and Ressler are past, I only hope whomever he talks to is as eloquent in letting the rest of us know.

I've heard commentary that it was too much, that he shouldn't have been allowed to be so graphic in his allocution. I don't know if I could have sat there and listened to it, there are limits to the human psyche. I suppose it was a condition of his plea to give all the details but maaaaaaaan, bad bad juju.

My jaw dropped as he explained to the Judge about serial killers and trolling and how trolling works. Right there is the best teacher any student of behavioural science could want for.

My heart goes out to the families who suffered long enough and today endured details no one needs to hear.

So much to learn, so much to study.

2. OMG the Clown!!!!!  You had to have the clown didn’t you...Ok not only am I going to have nightmares about Kittens, now the clown is going to be there too… ACK!!!!!
