Can We Say DUHHH?
Sometime the stupidity of people floors even me. Just when you thought you'd experienced the pinnacle of stupid on a MUD, something better comes along.
I was talking to a dumbass today who tried to insult the station myspace page because it has bands.
*scratches head* ummm, Duh?
Now why would a station page have bands?
It's a station page. Maybe this person chooses to use myspace to make friends to compensate for their lack of social abilities but that's never been my thing. I don't want a personal myspace page, I'm not looking for hookups.
It's a station page. I do check every friend request though. I want to keep it real and not be one of those losers who brags about have so many friends. I listen to the music on the band page and if I like the sound they get approved. If I wouldn't play it on the station the request gets denied.
It's a station page. I've told many people who have asked what sort of music we play to go look over the friends. There's a strange assortment from symph metal to Willie Nelson to Ludacris to a ton of indie bands that might not otherwise be heard in the US.
Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Why would a station page be so silly as to want bands?
Some people really need to work the brain once in a while.
Duh.
