Deflate That Head!

Yug.

Always boggles me when people I used to think were nice turn out to be egotistical freaks who don't care whose toes they step on or what they do just to get that bit of attention.

Common respect for the fellow human being? Hell no, not if it detracts one iota of attention.

Luckily I haven't run across much of this lately, it's one of the few things about people that can drive me to seeing red. Not too much lately but a little bit. Best for me to avoid these people until they either get the star status they seek or realise how immature and obnoxious they've become.

Yug.

Nothing worse in the world than people who spend 24/7 putting on a facade for attention. So transparent and so very unpleasant.

1. ok late comment. but i’m worked up and just wanted to say that i agree. some people get big heads when they are getting noticed on the internet and become buttheads to friends they have in the real world. i use to be a happy happy girl but the internet is making me bitter...luckly i can rant to cool bloggers like you!

   we might even be thinking in the same areas!
   I mean I’m a whore.  I take my links way too
   seriously and I like that people read this
   thing but it’s not a reflection on my worth,
   I’m not going to go thinking I’m special or
   important because of it.
