Edumication

I never cease to be amazed by people. For good and bad, I never cease to be amazed.

The ones you expect to care and be a really good friend when you need it are usually the ones who let you down and stay wrapped up in themselves and let you fall.

The ones you don't expect to give a fat rat's ass rise to the occasion in a big way.

I should be beyond surprise at this point but I'm not.

Frankenfeline is home and annoyed to no end about having to stay inside. We thought he'd be tired and sore and want to rest - HA! All he wants is to get outside but that's not happening with 10 stitches.

Final damage? $715.00 with the $125 he deducted because we've spent enough there in the past few years to send his daughter to Harvard.

Deep thanks and appreciation to Nisstyre and Mango. You guys made my day and I needed a day making. Thank you.

To the one who thinks he doesn't matter, you couldn't be more wrong. You don't have to be a constant presence, your support is something I am fully aware of and your friendship one thing I am glad for every day

  1. "the ones you expect to care”...it shouldn’t make me glad that I’m not the only one with friends like that, but somehow I feel better knowing it. smile

I’m glad kitty is home to recuperate, and I’ll be thinking of you!

  4. Monty - We’re in the same club there.  I have a membership pin for you!

Katkat - Thank you!  Get better fast!

YummY - Tuesday the 11th he gets them out, it’s going to be a long 10 days.  He can’t go outside and he’s itching and making weird warking noises but that’s good I guess, he’s lively.

  5. The fact that he is active and wanting
to go out is a wonderful sign. He is on
    a fast road to recovery.
    Have a wonderful day!

  6. I was so relieved to read this post. I tried my best to send positive thoughts. No idea if it helped, but I’ll flatter my ego that it might have done. And yes… people are destined to suprise you. I think it’s supposed to keep life interesting.. or is it just unpredicatble?
