Good Juju

Claude is fine.

Dr. Ringler called and conveyed the good news.

His thyroid is fine. His glucose was fine. His blood was fine, no sign of anything out of kilter.

It's still a lot of weight for 2 months though. He wants to see him in 4-6 weeks and if he loses more weight the next step would be X-rays and if need be, an ultrasound.

But the prognosis was good and that's all that matter. He said he could just be cranky with his arthritis acting up (it's been damp and cold) and I shouldn't worry.

Relief is the word of the day.

Now I'm going to sleep for a few hours, I got exactly one hour and 50 minutes of sleep last night worrying about my Claudie. I'm going to sleep now so I can be awake and alert and really enjoy what turned out to be a damn good show on Mango Radio tonight.

Speaking of Mango.. Thank you.

   My cat Bandit currently weighs 21 pounds, so if you need some weight gaining tips, I can probably send him Claude’s way.

3. I am really glad your cat is alright. I know how it is to be out of your mind worried for your pets. Give Claude a big hug for me. he sounds like a trooper.
