Good Stuff!

Every once in a while I like to indulge in some overpriced but oh-so-tasty food.

Today it's fresh mozzarella cheese and quality prosciutto. I don't get prosciutto often because I'm not rich like that but every couple of months, Mmmmm.

I love fresh mozzarella, I could sit and eat the whole ball without adding anything.

Hello, prosciutto. My name is WebKittyn and I'm going to eat you now.

1. One of my favourite snacks. Put on some good olive oil and… mmm.

3. Prosciutto is an Italian ham, usually sold here in thin slices, available occasionally as a leg.  Very, very tasty.

   Mozarella is a soft, white, young cheese, often sold in small tubs filled with whey (the liquid).
