Incorrect, Captain

Back in the real world where I don't scratch my head at the motives of poor disturbed minds.

I overheard someone talking about Paris Hilton the other day and it irked me. I hate it when people tell me they know I'm watching, they know this because their argument is along the lines of people find this sort of stuff interesting, Paris is a moron so people cheer, it's human nature to watch tragedy, etc.

Bugged the hell out of me, do not tell me you know I'm watching Paris coverage because you know what? You're wrong.

Then the person mocked myself and the rest of the people who are sickened by the press. It boggles me that people aren't disgusted with the press.

I don't mean the ones outside the house or the prison, as lame as I think it is I get that they're just doing the job they went to school for. I'd be a dumbass if I thought they didn't have a right to be there.

I do mean those disgusting announcers on Fox News and MSNBC in particular who get so excited talking about Paris in jail they look like they're about to orgasm on screen. Yes, those are vultures and yes, because of them I haven't watched a single Paris story on TV since she went back in.

There's a huge difference in the news names today and say a Tom Brokaw. I can't imagine Christiane Amanpour talking about Paris Hilton.

The look of sheer joy in the faces of these bimbos pisses me off. I don't know if they're jealous of Paris or just evil spiteful WOMEN but it's the worst I've ever seen it. Such glee and joy at every bit of bad news that comes concerning Paris.

Forget the fact that this is not fair and equal justice. Forget the fact that she's serving time no one else would serve. Forget the fact that Al Sharpton was so outraged he stopped saving the world from rap music to bitch about Paris. Forget the fact that the jails are so crowded violent and badass criminals are running around free while Paris sits in a cell for longer than anyone else.

All that seems to matter is it's Paris Hilton and everyone hates Paris. Well I hate over made-up news bimbos who can't hide their jealousy. Sorry you weren't born an heiress, get over it.

I never ever thought the day would come where I would agree with Ann Coulter but I do on this. This is insane.

So when I hear some know-it-all say they know I'm watching this, it really bugs me. Yes, I'm curious and following the story by reading the news. R E A D I N G. Where I don't have to see the botox faces and big bulgy prozac eyes, I will not watch these giddy women get off on another's pain.

The world needs less bug-eyed news bimbos and people who claim to know what other people are watching.

  1. I’m not sure if I understand your point here. You don’t like the media frenzy surrounding Paris, right? Right.

Well, I don’t either, but I support her being jailed. She could have killed someone and has shown blatant disrespect for the law.

Personally, if it was up to me, on the first offence of DUI/DWI, I would take that person’s driver’s licence away forever. It’s a choice they made to drink and drive or smoke and drive or whatever, and it’s not hard to call a cab.

I realise that my idea for DUI’ers would be hard to implement and follow through at first, but I think it could work—I’m pretty sure that’s what’s the case in Europe (although, they have better public transport than in the US).

    Enlighten me.
