Lovely to See You Again My Friend…
...walk along with me to the next bend.....
This one is easy to do, few groups have ever touched me as deeply or as personally as the Moody Blues. In the darkest period of my life a Moody Blues concert restored my faith in myself and life. Through ups and downs for as long as I can remember there has always been a Moody Blue song I can attach to the various parts of my life.
Justin Hayward is nothing short of a true prophet (along with being one of the 10 best looking men to walk this Earth), I really believed he was born with some sort of other-worldly abilities.
This next hour of streaming is going to be all Moody Blues, once again I call on the magic of the Moodys to get me through that time of day when I'd normally be crawling into the hole in the wall for an afternoon nap.
Anyone out here a Moody fan, leave me a comment and tell me how they've touched you.
For me it's all about "Question" and "Say What You Mean" and if I ever get married, "For My Lady."
The Moody Blues... timeless truths and wondrous words..
and the sound we make together is the music to the story in your eyes...

When I was twelve I saw the video for Your Wildest Dreams..and I was captivated. Something about that song has stuck with me over the years. It’s by no means my favoite anymore but it’s still a song close to my heart. I love John Lodge’s rockers like Steppin’ In A Slide Zone and Sitting At The Wheel..and Justin’s Are You Sitting Comfortably is just so beautiful..and Running Water.
