Occupying the Sick

One thing about being sick and unable to get out of bed, it makes a grand time to catch up on movies you haven't yet seen. I've been doing this.

I'm not going to do my reviews all here in this post, it does an injustice to them. I just want to list them so I don't forget and I'll get to the reviews after I warble the rest of what's in my head.

Since the onslaught of the plague last Tuesday I have watched:

Boogeyman (utter waste of time)
White Noise (could/should have been better)
Elephant (God-awful HBO flick based on Columbine)
Troy (EXCELLENT flick, watched it twice)
Seed of Chucky (gotta love Chucky & Jennifer Tilly)
I, Robot (better than I expected)
Shaun of the Dead (holy shit was this FUNNY)

I reiterate, Shaun of the Dead was FUNNY..

1. Shaun of the Dead was really cool, Troy i thought was another movie to show off a pretty boy, didn’t care for it, haven’t seen the others but i’ll be looking.

2. Boogeyman was a total waste of time.. White noise was well ok, could have been better I agree… Troy was a good movie, but to be totally honest I was too busy lookin at brad and his ass to notice.. He is just so hot. I, Robot was excellent.. If you want to see a funny movie go get harold and kumar go to white castle… lol… thats up there with Shaun of the Dead.  Glad to see that you are up and feeling better.  Was wondering.

3. I rented Boogeyman over the weekend and it was a bit weak… It had some moments, but there needed to be more storywise, IMO…

   White Noise was cool, but they needed to get more into what the phenomena was…

   Shaun of the Dead… LOVE THAT MOVIE! I dragged my friends to see it in the theater when it came out and I have it on DVD… hi-lar-ious.
