Oy Vey

Not smart is colouring your hair 2 hours before the show with a new colour that looks to be .... vibrant.

It's amazing how what looks dark red on a box can resemble bright crimson blood in your hair. My left wrist looks like I was cutting it, I have yet to get in the shower to scrub it off.

When I come out of the shower with hair like the Flying Tomato, I'm going to lose what's left of my sanity.

And I'm STILL not done with the work for tonight's show!

1. How did it turn out after the shower? I know that the times I dyed my hair the deep reds it looked like something out of a horror movie, but when all was said and done and it was rinsed and dry it ended up not bad… Here’s hoping yours did the same!

2. It’s weird, it’s a strange colour.  It’s fine
   in normal lighting, a tint of burgundy and a
   rich brown.  But get me out in the sun or
   under a bright light and it’s hellllllooooo,
   Flying Tomato-ette!

   Could be worse though, one time I ended up with
   Little Orphan Annie RED and it was horrid.
