Seeing Red

Soda, that is.

I've got a definite thing for red soda. Doesn't matter what sort of red soda, if it's red soda I salivate over it.

Red Mountain Dew is really good as is Tropicana Twister strawberry soda. Hell, I'll even be happy with a 6-pack of store brand red soda, drown me in that sugary chemical goodness.

Unfortunately, there seems to be some shortage of red soda in Dobbs Ferry. There's blue soda, purple soda, orange soda, even green soda but there is no red soda to be found.

Instead I've got sort of a pinkish soda, 'fufu berry' from Jones soda. Anything called 'fufu berry' can't be all bad.

1. Back in the day, they used to make a blue cream soda that I adored. I really shouldn’t drink soda because it makes me sick, but every now and again I splurge on some clear cream soda or a chocolate coke.

2. Call me old fashioned, but I like my sodas brown.  I never really got into fruity tasting sodas.  I do occasionally like cream soda.  Did you know there is a red cream soda?  It is NASTY to me.

   I used to like Crystal Pepsi though.  Anyone remember crystal pepsi?
