Surprise Surprise
It's weird.
The people you don't expect to care or do anything end up being the ones who go out of their way the hardest to make a happy birthday while the people you DO expect to care enough and understand you enough to know how important it is to you either can't be bothered, don't care, won't pull their heads out of their own drama or take the time to make anything happy.
People. I'll never figure them out. As good as I am, I shall never figure people out.
