The Cats Ate It?

Ok, here's one for the books of odd.

Where does the back end of a vacuum disappear to?

No, it's not a riddle. I went into Stepford mode and went to grab the Mighty Mite because the dirt devil wasn't cutting it and the back end is gone. Poof. The back end has the power cord attached to it.

The thing hasn't been touched in so there is no logical reason the back end should be displaced. Let alone completely gone. I've looked in every corner of the living room, there is no back end to be found.

Gone.

Forget love, the sweet mystery of life is where the bloody hell is my mighty (mite) back end?

That’s not even worth answering since it’s
been used since then in the LIVING ROOM with
the back end attached.
